HELLO!
I’m Caz – the proud founder and owner of CB Fitness Pilates.
I’m a Level 3 CIMSPA-qualified Pilates Instructor based in East Grinstead, West Sussex, where I live with my husband and our two wonderful children. I run a variety of Pilates classes in the local area, as well as offering private 1:1 sessions and small online group classes to suit different needs and lifestyles.
In 2025, I was crowned 'Pilates Instructor of the Year 25/26 for London & South East' in the Prestige Awards. I was also named as a Finalist for 'Fitness Coach of the Year' and 'Female Entrepreneur of the Year', for West Sussex, in the SBA Awards. (Winners to be announced in December 2025!) Both of these award programmes champion entrepreneurs, micro and small businesses, so I am very proud to have won these awards!
I’m currently working towards my Level 4 Advanced Pilates qualification, which will allow me to support clients with more specific needs, particularly those managing orthopaedic conditions.
For me, Pilates is just as much about mental well-being as it is about physical fitness. I love the sense of calm and focus it brings after a session – it grounds me, energises me, and keeps both my body and mind strong. It’s this feeling that inspired me to share Pilates with others.
Whether you're new to Pilates or looking to deepen your practice, I’d love to welcome you to a class. Give it a try – you might just fall in love with it too!
